Privacy and personal data
For an order we ask for two things: your name and your phone number. Nothing more.
What it is for
So that an advisor can call you, confirm the order and arrange delivery. It is stored encrypted and only goes to the distributor who delivers the product.
What we do not do
Your data is not for sale, browsing data included, and you get no advertising from us.
How we measure the site
The shop has its own visit counter, which does not know who you are. On top of that, Microsoft Clarity records how the site is used (pages opened, clicks, how far you scroll) so that we can improve it.
Clarity may place cookies of its own in your browser for this. The two form fields, name and phone, stay covered: what you type into them is never sent to Clarity.
Deleting your data
Write to info@uralie.shop with the order's phone number and we delete your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
