Refusing or returning an order

Since you pay on delivery, changing your mind before paying costs you nothing.

Before paying

During the confirmation call, say you no longer want it and the order is cancelled.

If the parcel has already left, refuse it in front of the courier. You pay nothing and it goes back to the distributor.

After paying

If the pack arrives open, damaged or is not what you ordered, write to info@uralie.shop with the product name and your number. We reply with the solution the distributor offers in your country.
